Question About Mechs Bought On Mwo Store

I want to get either a Heavy or Assault Mech. Possibly a Hero. So the question is, do they come equipped, or do I need to buy everything for its loadout? Thanks!

I guess this was a silly question. Purchased Mechs seem to come with loadouts. :)

Which nine times out of ten are pretty bad, however.
