MWO crashes the second time I launch it. If I delete the MWO profile. It will launch. Although one needs to set the video resolution, full screen, and a few other settings each time.

If you attempt to launch the application again it will crash.

Have repaired using the repair tool; Many times. Fully uninstalled. Fully reinstalled a normal installation. Uninstalled again, then installed with the Steam Launcher.

On Windows 10. Latest Windows Patches. Latest Graphics Drivers. Everything updated.

All antivirus uninstalled.

How do we do a debug dump to send to PGI to resolve?

Set to full Window mode instead of full screen. By default, the game runs at full screen if the resolution you are switching to does NOT match your system resolution, and it is trying to force a resolution it can not switch to, that potentially could be causing an issue.

Also, are you running any other programs with an active overlay, ie Steam, etc?

And instead of deleting the entire profile, only delete the attribute.mxl file, or rename it and post its contents here before deleting it. Also post top portion of your dxdiag, to the soundcard entry.
