The movie begins with a hiway patrol op sitting by the road side wen he radar gun click off 197 so the cop calls for dispatch to make a report to the FAA. It moves onto a dumb cop handling a powerful handgun only to break his nose with it. When the FBI secretly moves a Cartel boss a crane magnet scoops up the van. The cartel then takes on a town that fights back, led by the Sherriff (Arnold).

Violence, language, idiots.

A near believable movie, still not one for the kids.
