I have not played in a few years, but when i got on today there were some items that are greyed out, i cant seem to find them in any of my mechs, they are the 2016 atlas head, 2016 Kodiak head, the Gatling horn, and a 2018 IE jr. card.

what can I do to resolve this?

Contact support, only option.

what do these greyed out items say? Equipped on another mech?
