So I'm a student in 3d modeling, specifically with Maya. I'm looking to gather orthographic (front, side, and rear) views of mech so that I have subject matter to model from.

I'd be happy to post the results on here, and will give credit for the references. Also, the references I get first will probably be the ones I'll model first. Greater the detail on the reference, the greater the detail on the model. So if anyone has flyingDebris on speeddial and you want your Urbie, I think that's the quickest way to go.

(Will TRY to get a new mech done every week or two, cannot guarantee anything.)

I'm not looking for specific mechs, I'm offering to make the 3d model for folks who can get me the images. The Urbie was offered up as an example.

I don't really care which mechs people want models of, I just like to have stuff to work from that people will care if the models are good or not.

Maybe Bishop Steiner could be interested. He doesn't make any ortographics of his remakes, though.

And RotS Targe (back to the future, are we?) we got many more of them, but only in not so great video form.

Those were the only 2 I could find, other than that, I don't think it's been released, though I'd love to see more!

I made a thread a while back for this. There should be quite a bit there.

I've done a number of 3/4 views of my 3D models. Here's my BT gallery if you want to take a stab at something: BattleTech by ~lady-die. You can also download a bunch of my old game models that I did for IS3028.

I've also done a few Star Trek models if that is of any interest.

Sweet, thank you Adridos, RotS Targe, Kilroy and HanaYuriko. This should keep me busy for a good long while.

The more the merrier!
