C-ER-PPC's

I'm new to MWO but nerfing clan ER-PPC's seems weirdly arbitrary. Sure they did 50% more damage, but that's consistent with the lore and for a technologically superior foe. Based on current stats, their combat effectiveness is lower than the IS counterpart.

While heavier and bulky, IS mechs have access PPC's capable of inflicting the same damage. The greater variety of weapon systems available to IS mechs; in fact, more than compensates for this single weapon's higher damage. Speaking of which...

Hyper Assault Gauss Rifles (HAG's)

I understand that PGI's resources are stretched thin due to the pandemic and supporting/generating features for MW5, but it would be nice to have some new armaments. Granted they would be an anachronism, but that is true of many other technologies and chassis. HAG's could be implemented easily by borrowing heavily from existing weapons assets (particularly RACs).

C-ER PPCs still deal 15 Damage. 10 pinpoint and 5 splash. Also, they don't exist in a vacuum, but in an environment that has access to lighter engines, more effective Ferro&Endo, less spacey heatsinks and so on. Tech Balance seems fine to me.
