Before, it used to take 1 to 2 minutes to get into a game, but now it takes 10 to 20 minutes and sometimes longer because Pirranah made a change to remove tier 5 players trying to make matches better. That means new players get to play 10 to 20 times LESS !!. SO how are new players suppose to get better.... Every Army has new soldiers. They are the ones that need more training not less. I am sure that the MWO developers will delete this. They say it is an inconvenience. Well, for those that work for a living don't have the luxury of time. THes people nerfed MWO. Soon, they will feel the financial pinch when we stop playing because we have to wait so to get in the game. how is 1 minute vs 20 minutes an "inconvenience" they told me!!! Inconvience !! Really. So the tier 3 plays wait 1 minute for a game, and get better, while I have to wait 20 minutes for a single game againt their 20? How is that fair !!!!!!

PGI reset everyone's rating. New players start in Tier 3, not Tier 5.
Also, queue times will normalize once players trickle down to T4/5 and up to T1/2. Right now they're worse because most players haven't played enough matches to move far from the starting point.

Also they transiently changed how hard the matchmaker looked in your tier and one above or below before it did open matchmaking. In the last three days they changed it again to make the matchmaker match faster.
