Make an option in the sound area to TURN OFF WAR HORNS!!
they are the most annoying thing ever. I should not have to hear them just because others installed them.

Oh commoon ... forceing others to hear them is the only reason to install them

When they're not too loud, they're okay IMO. It's a shame that we do not see the one who blew the horn, also (and why).
Maybe I would turn off the sound of a killer for the killed one. The reason being: it's fun to hear someone doing something great nearby, and it's fun to feel you did something great, but teabagging is no fun.

Its also the informative value. I hardly ever look at the top numbers how many people are still around. Hearing that someone in the team did a kill is a nice indicator.
On the other hand hearing several warhorns going off at the same time feels empowering because you know that your team just took out 2-3 enemys and now is the time to push.
