A hamsterwheel broke free from its axis and damaged a few other ones, so they have to replace the whole powerunit. Posted Image

I used to be a great server.
Then I took an AC-20 to the drive.

Given what PGI's Mike Forst had to say on the matter...

...it would appear that Alilua & iamredleader are on the button. However, I do find Aidan Crenshaw's post kind of funny, being as I've heard of those Array-killing kinds of failures before.

And directly to PGI's Mike Forst & Matt Newman, I say this...

Thank You for fixing the RAID SSD Issue the right way, and an extra thumbs-up for managing to finish it faster than you had estimated. May your SSDs not shut you down like that again. Also, an extra Thank You for extending the "Heroes to the Rescue" Event's Mini-Challenge #2 so that people wouldn't be unnecessarily burned by the Downtime happening. B)

I thought it was a GPU issue... the "Gerbil Processing Unit" was overheated and need a break and some water...

Oh Devnull... You are far too wholesome for any game forums. Glad to see you still here upon returning from my 2-year hiatus. And I brought a new player too! :-)

Looks like that maintenance wasn't on whatever crashed all the servers tonight. It was surprising the see the website go down at the same time as the game.

So we're just gonna pretend like that didn't happen the other night? MWO going down for about 5 minutes? We're all dying to know what happened. :)

If it wasn't their servers, it will likely be a NA routing issue
