I join 2 battles on 28th but these mechs did not turn up.
Can someone tell me why?

You were supposed to redeem them from PGI's archaic web-based system for events at https://mwomercs.com/events/402

Dunno if support will redeem it for you, but worth a try.

There is a way to redeem rewards in-game as well. Event info can be accessed through a button that looks like a sigma in the bottom left area of the screen when you're in the mechbay.

You have 2 weeks after an event to redeem. It also takes up to hour for mechs to appear once redeemed.

I wouldn't say that redemption mechanics are particularly obscure.

Thanks for this information. As found MORE errors in Email about event.
"Play one match and earn a minimum of 50 match score".
Show I did not qualify, even after 2 matchs? Both of which team I supported won and 1 kill?

Hello, Lupin... I have some very sad news for you.

Given what the "Holiday Bonus Details" News Page says, and due to the fact that I remember the times were being measured on PST starting from around "December 28th, 2020 @ 16:00 (4:00 PM) PST" and running to "January 1st, 2021 @ 01:00 (1 AM) PST", the time at which you indicate playing your Matches falls before the Event had actually started. Generally speaking, any given Event normally kicks off at "4 PM PST (or 5 PM PDT if that blasted Daylight Savings Time is in effect)", which effectively means "the Start Of The Next Day for the GMT/UTC Time Zone" or possibly an hour later than that. For you, the Holiday Bonus Event had actually started on "December 29th, 2020 @ 00:00 (12:00 Midnight) GMT/UTC" and was running until "January 1st, 2021 @ 09:00 (9:00 AM) GMT/UTC", to which someone could hazard a guess that you did not play a Match during that period of time, causing you to miss out.

You may find it very much worth your while to make a Bookmark of the MWO Clock Hidden Website Page so that you can keep up on the time frames. It would definitely give you a better chance of not missing things because of unintentionally trying to jump the proverbial gun on the Next Event that is yet to come. Also, don't forget to use the In-Game Event Browser a bit more, which is easily accessed via the "E"-Shaped Icon down on the gray bar in the MechLab area. It both enables you to Claim/Redeem things that you earn from Current & Past Events which happen, as well as check relative time frames on when things start & end, along with seeing how much time that you actually have remaining to finish something.
