I know you won't do this. Mixing group queue with solo queue is really unfair to the casual and new player. The groups are on team chat or discord. They play as a unit while you are trying to figure out what everyone is doing. Please, give the casual a player a place where they are not getting torn to bits by people from higher tiers and by groups who play together regularly.

I agree, but Russ Bullock said that he is not going to change anything.
Either enjoy being farmed by premade groups or leave. It is simple as that.

Wow! I guess that makes it pretty clear what this game is all about then. So, leaving sounds like a good option. When new players and casual players can't have fun, this game is doomed.

This is PGI's standard modus operandi.
There used to be two queues: Solo Queue (doing relatively well, for Solo players only) and Group Queue (empty or almost empty, for pre-made groups). So Russ Bullock has merged both queues and turned the former Solo queue into Group queue with casual Solo players for co-ordinated groups to farm.

I just wish the groups would link the comms to the game so the whole team hears it.
I GLADLY play along with those calling out info. Makes it a lot more fun.
The few times I've been able to play with in-game comms, they tend to join in. But if no one is speaking, they assume no one is listening.

Many groups use Teamspeak or similar programs, so they do not even use or care about the MWO default comm component.

Most players are recruted by friends, and introduced by playing in a group.
Also MWO has a LFG lobby for causual players to group up.
