Disappearing Weapons

Just installed the new update and inabled the new infantry mod. Started up the game and was playing a few missions and went to edit a few mechs. Went to add some weapons that i thought i had plenty of and added one then saw i had no more of that weapon. so went to add a different weapon (erppc) and when i did i notice before adding it had 20 er ppcs. After i added it all my other er ppcs disappeared. Tried it with other weapon systems and it happened every time. You add one and all the others of the same weapon vanish. Guessing this bug is because of the new update but its a major one that needs to be fixed fast.

Same here. Seems the new update broke something, cause whenever I add a weapon or equipment (of which I have multiple of) into a 'Mech's slot, the amount of that specific weapon/item is sometimes reduced to 0 and sometimes even to negative numbers. Makes the game unplayable.

Please fix ASAP PGI. And onboard more testers.

Dont have any mods, playing on Xbox, after the update I have 21 tier 2 medium lasers after I install one on a mech and go to install a second one I says I have 0 but if I check my inventory or go to a different mech it says I still have the right amount, it's like the game won't let you install two of the same tier weapons anymore

It's the same with heat sinks once I install one it says I have 0 but I can buy more from the store to install, I can install as much as I like if I buy the items from the store

Yeah, the game is pretty much unplayable now due to this bug. Can't believe no one at PGI noticed this. It's pretty obvious if you use the mechlab. I hope this is an easy fix.

Needs to be fixed asap, like skulgun said it makes the game unplayable

I've just seen a whole bunch of posts about this on reddit. One person posted a link to an unofficial fix on the Steam workshop. I don't have the game on Steam but the comments seem to indicate it works: https://steamcommuni.../?id=2540464696

Another workaround someone posted is to sell the weapons you plan to equip to your mech and then buy them through the market as you equip them. It's a pain in the *** but it actually gets round the problem until PGI can fix it. I managed to build 2 mechs from scratch this way... but it took me probably 5 times as long as it should have haha.

Having the same problem. Cant add more than one of any weapon/equipment, doing so reduces the remaining quantity to 0 regardless of how many I actually have. Game is unplayable.

i think this is a feature. repairing mechs will now automatically replace busted weapons.

Have not touched since this issue was reported, thankfully I did not see it.

Today got a Update notice through Windows for my MS version, now says I am on 1.300.638.0
Is this the official patch for this issue and maybe the Infantry added in?

Cannot be a feature of you buy a new mech and strip it and then can only install one heat sink or only one weapon of the same type and tier

Yeah, preventing Players from changing the loadout of a Mech...

if you are playing on Steam there is a mod on the workshop that fixes it (hell the mod author had it up less than 24 hours after the patch)

Well I dared and it seems ver. 1.300.638.0 works fine without the bug.

Started a new Campaign where as soon as I got the free pilot Leon Freeman and his Jenner, I went to Valentina and got the Wolverine to see how much a difference it makes starting with 2 Mediums ASAP.

It matters and not too far a journey either.

Did find a bug where I had an ally who got stuck on nothing. Literally he kept saying he could not move and refused despite nothing obstructing his movement until near Mission end.
