Fix Game's Targeting System. Its Simple To Do And Makes Mwo Better By Milestone.

When rotating camera arms crosshair overshoots center of screen. Its happening due to formula not taking into account torso movement. Simply fix it by subtracting angle that torso have moved from angle that arms moved.

It should take care of it and arms will now always properly follow camera in arms unlocked mode.

Sorry for leaving it here, but i coudnt find bug report on forum. This topic is very important and needs to be adressed. You know theres something wrong when targeting system is unservicable in first person shooter.

For anyone who doesnt understand what this topic is about go to testing grounds, mark screen center, and move your arms around.
Now hold "Free look" button and do the same. You will notice how first time was twitchy and jagged and second is accurate and smooth.
