Listen carefully to his words "I would say 100% volumetrics"
Russ says a lot of things, that doesn't mean they're true:

My post refutes the statement by providing proof. It's not a bashing post like yours which is unhelpful...

A vague blanket statement that Russ is untruthful doesn't help the MWO situation. Focus on refuting statements.
I mean how would you like it if I refuted all of your statements by "proving" at some point in your life you told a lie (and I'm sure you have).

Not my proudest of this googling (three different websites for three different town halls)
Jan 2016:
https://www.reddit.c...ck_1302016_vod/
April 2016 (there is two parts, here is the first):
The skills tree state of the game town hall of June 2017 (forum link not the actual cast):
https://mwomercs.com...nhall-june-23rd
I think it is this last one you are looking for.

I found this one from 2015:
and it looks like there were a couple in 2014.

All of this was before my time (of playing of paying attention) so I have no idea as to the contents.

I have to say I'm at least encourage there is discussion and dialogue being had instead of Russ and PGI dramatically pulling something from a hat and throwing it at the wall to see if it sticks.
I've hung around this long and am not on the razers edge of a psychotic break... I'm not opposed to waiting.
