I said years ago and will repeat it: Make available the option to use custom decals supplied by the user and charge for the privilege. Specify parameters as to file format, size, colors and content, make them subject to review, set a price. I assume decals are vector files but whatever format there are many software packages, some very good and free, to edit graphics. Images should be camera ready so that no extraordinary PGI resources are needed aside from screening for content.
