Playing HPG Manifold and when leaving the spawn went to shoot the magic eye...and didn't see it?

It's not always there - I think some entrances don't have it.
I've certainly noticed it not being there on some drops - for quite some time.

remember that the center exit wasn't standard equipment, so it doesnt have one. think they put that in there for incursion.
