Is it any good? Fun? Does -70% crit chance makes any difference?

The only good thing about Charger is agility, and this thing is worse than 90 tonners.

I don't have the N7, but the Crit Receiving quirk coupled with the generous Structure quirks, should make some difference once you're open. I would max out the Structure and Crit Skills to maximise the utility of its natural quirks.

The hugely increased structure health also serves another purpose, which is allow you to utilise Override to dish out that extra damage to finish off an enemy at the cost of some structural health. And then manually shutdown.

I would do something like this on it to maximise its mobility

I also did this at first but then switched to ER LL, removed JJ and installed LAMS and TC1. I'm left with half a ton I cannot use but whatever...
