bsssssssssst reactor online, weapons online, BRAIN ONLINE
if you remove trial mechs from FP you AUTOMATICALLY remove cadets from FP, because they will never have the money to buy 4 mechs if they are cadets

No reason for them to be in the most min/max game mode MWO has to offer.

"We don't want new people to test the waters with what the game has to offer across the various modes - go away!"
"Please PGI - can we have more people to play CW?"
Get a grip. Anyone who tries and stays playing in MWO as a whole is welcome. Cadets will learn the fastest and in the best way by playing with co-ordinated drops in CW rather than Nasc . . err I mean Quick Play and as such, more likely to invest time and money in building up a decent set of mechs to get more out of CW and QP.
The real test is how the experienced players integrate the new ones into the game., but then again, it has always been how the experienced players interact with others that has caused the most harm, whereas the few who have taken the new players under their wings have probably most good.
Choice is yours.

Problem is when you're handicapped by one or more players WHO HAVE NO F****** IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING, its a big issue. Letalone if they bring trial mech that are not optional configurations for FP, letalone quick play, vs a full team thats has premo mechs lined up and know how to play FP.... its not a good experience for the side with the cadets. If it was ALL cadets on both sides then sure, add a coach option (like Dota2) and you might have a winner. But this won't happen due to PGI's miss management of this game.
