I know standards that allow me to easily pick how much ammo to put on a Mech based on SRM and LRM rack size and number of launchers.

I do not use MRMs often but can sorta figure them out.

ATMs are a whole other thing. I just experimented with them on one chassis, mainly 6s and 9s, each time I found myself running out sooner than I would have liked.

Is there some kind of ratio guideline to help?

I usually go with 1t/4tubes or about 25-30 alpha volleys.
