I think I would buy no less than six SR-4's.
If this ever did come out, it would be in the same patch when the Flea gets a 15% speed quirk to officially get it over the 200 kph mark.

This will get people rallying behind the idea because they can theory craft builds more easily. Step 3 is a little more unorthadox but still classical, smoke and mirrors. LRM's, if you announce a big nerf to their performance, players will rally against it and the announcement of the Stone Rhino will be met with little resistance. We've already begun the groundwork for this announcment on the forums. Coincidentally it will help the Stone Rhino sell being as it would normally be susceptible to LRMS, being as it is big, slow and wide.
PGI - A well thought plan, targeting public perception before we announce our decision should suffice.

Several of the World Championship players that year later admitted the meetings occurred, the agenda is disputed though. Some claim it was an informal chat and others acknowledge there were weapons tweaks and chassis adjustments that came as a direct result of it.
