Server Button Next To Qp Usually Not Working

The little down arrow button left of the Quick Play button, it only seems to work when you first start the client before playing any matches.
Once you play just one fight, it stops working until client closed then restarted.
Was never like this for many years.

If Dieron/PGI is talking about "low hanging fruits first" dev work on MWO right now, THIS is one friggin low hanging fruit right there! It's basically already lying on the ground.
