*if agility overall wasn't ****.

I love the Executioner, because it is one of the mobile assaults out there that I can pilot. For me, it was never about the 80kph it can reach with the masc, but the extreme mobility it brings that is honestly somewhat foreign for clan-mechs in general.

I honestly think that trading turn-rate for forward speed is a neat idea, if there's a lot of agility in the first place, the masc agility-boost could have been trivial, and stood to be lost.

MASC could have been better tuned as a result, like faster recharge rate; faster forward speed; lesser leg damage reduction. Not this garbage.

Yes, I think the execution is bad, but if they were to redo the concept again, I think they should start when there's overall better agility, one which they can stand the reduction and it's an adequate drawback in using MASC.

we’ve been fighting to reinstate agility for mechs for years now and the best we got was to give atlases some torso twisting again. the fact that how they decided to completely rework masc just shows how little the idealogy has changed.

night gyrs used to be aerial ballerinas before all the multiple mobility and jj nerfs and as a classical gargoyle and executioner small laser knife fighter, we’ve just be rammed in the *** over and over again which just makes the masc changes so unbelievable to me after all this time
