This is a Collection of Ideas for useful Changes and Quality of Life Upgrades that should be relativly Simple to implement. Feel free to expand.


Chat
------

Chat History of 8 Hours.

Make a timestamp for Messages in Chat.


Menu
-------

IS and Clan Filter in the Store.

Show active Faction Queue in Main Menu.

Rework the Faction Menu
-One Screen to choose the Faction and the Side the Player wants to play for
-Display how many Groups are deployed at the moment

Allow Menu (LFG, Mechlab, Store etc.) in FactionQueue and create a temporary Savefile for the Mechlab when interrupted by Drop. Also show invites when in queue.

Eliminate the Select Button in Dropdeck Selection.

Reduce the number of Screens and Loadings before a game starts
-Combine Map Vote and Quickplay Drop Preperation Screen
-Combine Dropdeck Selection and Faction Drop Preperation Screen
-Combine Map Vote and Solaris Drop Preperation Screen

Show Map with Grid and friendly Dropzones before Drop, also in Faction for every Mechdrop, that players can give Information to their Team (Plan a route, position of diing, last seen enemy etc.).


Gameplay
-------------

Reduce the Win/Loose influence on the PSR. Singleplayers have to drop with random people on random side and its a coincidence if they win. (Quickplay)

On low player population, dont allow groups bigger then 4, to give Singleplayers the chance to drop. (Faction)

Expand the Capture Points in Conquest Game Mode, to get an average playtime of 30min. (Faction)

Fix Connection Errors.


Maps
-------

Rework the Dropzones on Maps, especially on Frozen City (Classic), Tourmaline Desert, Hibernal Rift and Canyon Network. Some of their Drops can be easily rushed.

Eleminate invisible boundaries or borders (e.g. Polar Highlands, Tourmaline Desert etc.). All Structures have to be cutted out exactly.

Fix Framedrops on Maps like River City or Solaris City

Reduce the Polygons on some Objects, like some Buildings with complex antenna constructions or so, to improve performance.

Create new Maps and rework old Maps for better immersion (Mechs should have the feeling of giants)
-no Mammothtrees
-no giantic Walls, weird Metal Constructions or other Buildings that dont fit in the Scale
-no little Rocks or other Structures that stopping you all the time (if not destructible, make them removable)
