So I had another video from this person recommended this time a Dual Gauss Locust with XL400 engine. OK, I do a search engine for 'MechWarrior Online Dual Gauss Locust' and find a reddit thread of his explaining he did these by finding the Academy files are not stored on server but instead on your computer so he modified them. Thus you can do these things and whatever else in Academy but not in multiplayer.
