I've completed all challenges for the April event but the component destruction one.
I have finished and redeemed the last listed challenge, to get the free mech, but have not recived it yet.
Am I pulling a stupid and missing something?

Mine took an hour or two to inject. It was there when I logged in again.

Sometimes you have to wait a while.
Or you can just log out and log in to reset the 'Mechlab.

wait an hour and relog. or make sure you redeemed it on the events page.

Or use the ingame event browser to redeem, I found it way faster most of the time.
