What skills are for PC's. Does the laser duration work for them?

PPCs are projectile energy weapons. Things like velocity and range will apply. Laser duration does not.

Heat gen, velocity, range, cooldown, cool run and heat containment all affect PPCs in some way. Additionally as PPCs are energy weapons, any 'Mech quirk that generally affects energy weapons such as energy heat, energy range etc. will affect them as well.
