Just an hour with no patch notes... probably just a round of server reboots and database maintenance.

Yeah seriously, technically they don't HAVE to post patch notes until the patch drops. Server downtime notification indicates patch tomorrow.

Of course I'm enthused. But regardless of when the patch notes come, the changes take effect tomorrow.

This is true. I can understand a lot of the concern... Given the history, we've all been around long enough. I certainly have been just as skeptical if not more so than many after a number of years of the decisions made.


Either way since Sept(?) last year it's been a clear shift in message. Stuff is getting done. Stuff is being delivered. Yeah there is a speedhump or two with big shift & limited resources - unavoidable.

If the patch notes are a bit later than whats been happening recently I am too worried if the in-game is saying the downtime is scheduled

1hr patch/server maintenance downtime has been the standard since I joined in 2017. You could also argue that 10MB is not a big update. But we have to realize that things are mostly changed and not added at this point.
