like for real when do we get them? i using the 7 to create fake strips but they not the real deal

Painting a mech with stripes decals is ...... meh. I think some unlockable pattern would do it much better.

Patterns are unlocked per mech Decals are for eternal

True but one-shot patterns are cheap if you only have one mech of the chassis and don't plan on changing it once you find the pattern you love.

Applejack, Raider, Crusader, Steiner, and Davion patterns all feature lots of stripes. How they look on each individual chassis varies widely, though.

That said, check out the decals starting with the word "HAZARD SIGN" as they have numerous arrows and lines. The limitation on them is that you can only size them up so far and they don't fit on every part of the mech. But you can custom color them.
