Hey gang,

I am wondering where to find ammo for these weapon types. I've travelled out to the Periphery with no luck, as it seems the five plants I visited did not sell... anything.

Are they just luck of the draw off of older/inferior Mechs in the salvage screen post battle, or are certain locations around the Inner Sphere stocked with what I'm looking for.

I must admit, I am a bit of a completionism freak, so I'd like to at least experience the weapons systems at some point just so that I can check them off my bucket list.

Go to the start area. The level 1-3 zone and check the commercial hubs there or just the mission area worlds. You just don't find Mech Rifles anywhere else I know of.

usually when you can get the weapon you can also get the ammo from the same system, you just have to remember to do so. i also always buy ammo until i got 10 of each whether i need it or not and replenish as needed.

By chance, Is the ammo linked to the DLC because I got light, medium and heavy rifles but no ammo.

Black Markets should have them i guess...

Industrial hubs are best place for ammo of any kind.

Black Markets I still do not see a purpose for.

These Weapons are Periphery Tech Weapons and my impression is, that these Weapons are not sold regulary in the more developed IS markets but on the Black Markets, so there would also be Ammunition be sold i wildly guess

i have been to many Industry hubs and they don't often have chemicals laser and riffles and ammo, I normally look in warzone with a black marketed

I have started a new Campaign bcs reasons (i was not satisfied with my Unit Emblem and the Colours) and i looked into the Black Market right now in the very early Warzones and they have it all there!

I did find out a few things. If you updated from the original download load, you would get the weapons but not the ammo. The DLC you pay for is where you get to buy the ammo. Most markets seem to have one type or more of the ammo for lasers and rifles.

Interesting, i have bought the Dropship collection so i would never experience that.
