I downloaded the DLC last week, and apart from figuring out that basically all mods are broken, I now have major stuttering.

Before the DLC, I had all graphical settings set to maximum, and had a butter smooth framerate, but now with the DLC about every 5 seconds there is a stuck frame that lasts for one or two seconds. Audio continues without any delay, and it seems like controls are also responsive.
Basically it's unplayable.

Did anyone else have any issues like this? The only thing I found on google was that DLSS might cause an issue, but I only have a GTX1080 and don't have a toggle option for that. Changing graphical settings to minimum, somewhere in between, or reducing the resolution to minimum, none of it changes the stuttering behaviour. All maps and environments have the same stuttering.
Updating all drivers, and reinstalling the entire game, also failed to improve it.
