OK so I bought the DLC and started a new game. Found my First Mad-3R only to notice it didn't have any weapon slots. I tried a new game and brought my save over from the original campaign and neither my Mad-3R or my Atlas AS7-D have any weapon slots. Anyone got any ideas?

Try disabling some mods. Most of them are not yet compatible with the new updates.
