Just ran a quick search in the MW5 forum and didn't see this asked as a feature request. But now that Xbox One X|S has MW5 (and is a Microsoft OS) wouldn't it make sense to allow things cross-platform? We don't have to worry about data mismatch because Sony/Nintendo don't have it, it's purely Microsoft software and servers. If the Devs are concerned with cheating it's a single-player/co-op game only so there's no real ladder competitions or situations where a player isn't harming anyone but themselves.
I can understand that doing cross-platform matches between PC and Xbox may get really messy to program while eating up a ton of resources. But a cloud-save for cross-platform shouldn't be too difficult since we're connecting to the same servers to log-in anyway.
Alternatively if anyone has any suggestions for moving the PC save file to a flash-drive so that I can just move it back and forth from PC to Console I can certainly do that as well... just a major negative having to run two separate campaigns.
Cheers.
