The game crashed, I sent a report, I logged back in, I was punished for leaving the match early so I couldn't (re)join the match, and then my mech was locked by the match, so I couldn't use it.

The rejoin time has been expanded in February (https://mwomercs.com...atch-notes/2491) to 4 minutes. Note that you have to click on your mech entry in the little popup-list for the rejoin button to become active.

its a common mistake to press the button for a new match, and not the one to rejoin
one is teal, the other is Blue
when your in a hurry to rejoin its easy to miss
