I think to balance out the IS heavy guass and Heavy PPC the clan Hyper assault guass should be introduced. But how should it function? should it function like a guass rac but only does 1-1.5 damage per shot??

IIRC, wasn't HAG basically a Gauss LBX that the clans designed?
