given how long the game has been out i expected at least a 10% discount during the steam summer sale but seems that is a no go.

not sure if thats a steam only choice or if pgi has a say in it. honestly given how they treated the fans with they way they handled the whole crapic exclusive thing i'm not sure if am willing to pay their asking price even how it is now on steam (something like $50 US for the game and the DLC). not only that but its now well over a year and a half old. (most of the games on my Wish list though are 50% off or more right now, though most of the games i have on there are rather very old titles)

It did a permanent price drop just when the DLC came out, the way games are sold through all the places means no further discounts until maybe around Christmas.

There are legit Online Shops that offer the Steam Version of MW5 for a pleasant discount...

yeah thats how i got it. bought a steam key from another site. forget which one right now.

i think i paid $35 US and change for the Dropship edition.

Not enough though. DLC is overpriced, in fact they just used it as an excuse to still sell it at 50$, when it should have been part of the game since day 1.

I ain't paying for more than 40$ for the game.

Right now it would be avialable for ~35 Euros via Onlineshop...dont know if they adjust prices when using another currency...but its roughly a 30% reduction of both the maingame and dlc..

Play for free with XBox game pass for PC. Well……the price of the game pass, but with 99 other games available when you get bored.
