Ok, I used to have a minuscule amount of influence with the PGI crowd, but that was a few years ago. I've tried banking on that and tweeting at Russ already. Tonight I saw him tweeting about hockey twice in under 10 minutes, so I know he's online. I just publicly asked him in one of these hockey conversations to see that this gets looked into. I doubt I still have any influence at all, but if I do, I've tried to use it. The rest is out of my hands.
Russ, if you're reading this, the community needs reassurance that you are aware that people are pulling 200+ lootbags and getting zero GSPs, and that something is going to be done about it. Even if the answer is just, "Yeah, it's a 1% chance, so some people are just going to be victims of the RNG." C'mon, man, this is coming from MWO's first Streamer of the Week.

Nice too see this company is as dead, dry and stagnant its games. Not surprising when you can do nothing and earns most peoples monthly salary in a week.

Ok, guys, update!
I tweeted at Russ, he said events are being handled by Matt Newman. Daeron (A.K.A., Bombadil, the current community manager) informed me that Matt is on vacation, that'll he'll check on what can be done on Monday when people are back in in the office, but it may be that nothing can be done until Matt comes back from vacay.
So, good news: we have confirmation that TPTB are aware of the situation, and we are likely (not guarenteed) to see some kind of apology goodie.
Bad news: there's a very real chance we won't see any action on the issue for a week or more.
In the meantime, I cannot personally make any recommendation for or against opening your lootbags. As for what I'm doing, Imma keep opening me some lootbags.

Completed all events about 2 days ago on July 23.
Did not open any Loot Bags until that day, opened 350 all at once.
Among everything said I got 21500 total.
Did not check in client to see if it was added, I rarely use it.

375 Loot bags opened zero GSP just a heads up there is none.

That was GXP not GSP.

GSP needs to outright replace GXP in lootbags. There is nothing GXP can do that GSP can't, only GSP doesn't cost you cbills and gives you more bang for your buck. 200 GXP is useless.
