I see you moved to Texas - do you still have all your pods? That was a pretty neat set-up, I gotta admit. I didn't mind the four hour drive from BFE Maryland because of it.

I'm not sure what vids you saw, or what they were presenting, but looks aside, there is a robust game in MWLL. And I should say, yes the Mechs look of the same color and aren't quite as pretty texture wise, but the maps are bringing out the best of the Crytek2 engine. In game, combined arms (BA/Tanks/VTOLS/Aero/Mech) all on the same field make for some interesting matches. There is a palpable difference between the mechs, and varying methods of success in matches. I have fun with it every time I play. If you have Crysis Warhead/Wars, its a free mod. Crysis Warhead is currently found for $20, but there's usually a holiday sale on Steam or from EA that will give a discount.

I'm not saying its the greatest mech game ever (I mean, once you play in pods, what can be better? ), but it is fun, and worth a play, imo.

No, I sold the pods back in 2009 when I knew I was about to put my house up for sale. Donated most of the stuff that was in my house to people in need and moved to Texas earlier this year. Took a lot longer than expected to sell the house. Still trying to settle in here, not sure if I'll stay here long term or not yet. Sometimes I wish I didn't sell them, but it was the right move at the time.

That is, indeed, a got-dang shame. I really enjoyed gaming over at your place with my friends. I mean, that was just about probably the most perfect day ever. Short of having some bikini-clad scorecard chicks.
