Just got the CP-10-Q (aka Blinky) & not feeling the srm vibe!
My current idea is 4x LRM 10's(4x ton ammo), 3x MRM 10's(3x ton ammo), 3x Med Lasers, BAP, Target comp MK1, XL360 engine, Endo & 4x DHS.
I 'm still short a few C-Bills, so I haven't tested it out yet. But on paper it works. Heat says 1.25 & 85 damage on an alpha strike. But I don't plan on using the L's in close range. So heat should be better for point blank.
Or if PPL have any other suggestions for something to try?

It’s a build designed to fire EITHER the PPCs or the SRMs. You can sustain fire with triple PPCs without being pressured to close the range, and then switch to twin chain fire groups of SRMs 2-2-2. It has the heat sinks to SRM for days, and I augment them with chained PPCs.

If SRMs aren't your thing, try boating MRMs - at least 2x40, and you might want to do either 2x (40+20) or 4x30 for more firepower.
