there is still no fix for this map ??? spawn point issue ...

This has nothing at all to do with the map!!
The reason you lost was because of the Spider-5D on the enemy team that was allowed, by your team to sit on the cap uncontested for a whole minute.
Why wasn't the flea on your team tasked with shooting at him to stop the cap & allow the rest of your team time to move up?
They had a light & so did you so no excuse really & again, definitely not the map.
