https://mech.nav-alpha.com/#bd8e403f_AWS-8R (20% baseline cooldown for LRM15s)

All of these are far better options. Compare to the Atlas-S, which can mount four LRM15s but only has a generic heat quirk.

AS7-S can fit that many more DHS that is runs as cool as that stalker, Fafnir doesn't have E slot --> no tag --> ecm enemies are pretty hard to lurm. and atlas is stupid durable with new quirks and hey shieldside.
Awesome is awesome, nothing beats it as LRM boat IMO...

Also all of those LRM boats have quirks specifically for LRMs. The Awesome spits them out incredibly quickly, the Stalker spits LRM20s out forever with very little heat, and the Fafnir does 20 more than the awesome with a velocity quirk that ensures more of them will hit. It's simply not quirked to be a missile boat.

That stalker and that atlas spits missiles out with same sustained DPS and stalker wins max dps by 0.5 which is almost nothing, so quirks or no quirks sometimes +15 tons just makes something pretty much as good as lighter quirked one. And
if I remember correctly H variant has stupid bad torso twist so cannot side step dodge anything while maintain lock and that atlas has a looooot more armor to stare and spew those missiles out.
