How long does it take for an MC purchase to count for the annual rewards? bought it yesterday but its still not updated on my profile.

Have you redeemed the code?
You probably are best to email support either way for something like this as I've seen a couple people note various bugs with the reward page already.

IIRC they're updated once per 24h

I didn't notice at first, but it says at the top of the rewards page, in the fine print, just under the white banner.
