So, I purchased the Tournament Supporter Pack; why am I not receiving credit for the Prime Reward? Did I do something wrong? Is this a known bug that I need to do a ticket for? Thanks in advance.

I purchased the Tournament Supporter Pack, a requirement for the Viper.. Although, It says I’m not eligible for the Viper (L)?
Does it take some time for it to recognize my purchase?

Anyone else notice that the promotional artwork for the annual rewards shows an Urbie with a rotary autocannon? A stealth Urbie with a ballistic hardpoint!? Why didn't that happen?

Because people doing the art aren't necessarily in touch with what the mech can actually do in the game. We've seen that with some of the Clan Heroes, the mechs have been pictured with loadouts that are flat out impossible for their hardpoints.
