Hey everyone,
As the title says. The problem is pretty self explanatory. Whenever I try to access the options menu (Both through the Main Menu and the in game menu), I get an error popup titled something like fatal error ue4 and the game crashes to desktop.
If anyone has any suggestions they would be most appreciated. I tried locating the games options.ini file and delete it, thinking that the file had somehow become corrupt possibly because of the latest update. So I figured deleting the file would cause the game to create a new options file at default settings. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find such a file. If anyone can point me in the right direction there that would be great.
Oh btw I am on the steam version if that makes any difference.

[*]Stop overclocking.
[*]Change your default graphics card.
[*]Change your registry settings.

Maybe this vid helps you to locate the files you want to delete as i guess they are in the folder mentioned here:
How do I fix Mech Switching in MechWarrior 5 - YouTube
My guess is "GameUserSettings" will affect you...
PS: Shows the folder around the 2 minute mark...

If you have any mods installed, disable them and restart the game. In the past that is what the issue was that I had. Slowly turn back on the mods you have installed until you find the one that is causing the issue. There may/may not be an updated version.
