On one hand, selling 'Mech in MWO is less then optimal thing to do, since you never recover the full cost of the 'Mech.

On the other hand, sometimes a 'Mech just does not suit you. It would be nonsense to "force" yourself into playing a 'Mech that brings you no fun.

I'm sure some people can make them work.. I cannot to me they are weak and not really fast enough to survive the current cauldron game play environment.

I do better in my hellspawns than i do in my phoenix hawks.. and they are the same weight level.

Agreed i also sold most of my black lanners as they were imo similar to these phoenix hawks.. low weight so very little armament and to slow to avoid most damage.. i'm not keen on Novas, Shadow cats or Vipers either.

Not completely trash i guess but in my eyes they aren't great. Far better 45 tonners than these in MWO, imo Blackjacks Hellspawns, Assassins, Arctic Wolves, Vulcans and even Ice Ferrets, Cicadas and Vindicators are better to me.

The usual method on these Clan 'Mechs with low pod space is to boat very lightweight ER Small lasers, Micro Lasers, etc.
Of course, Shadow Cats are best used as dedicated snipers.

Use 'Mechs that suit you best. Play for fun.
