When this happens to me I tell the team that I'm being focused but under cover and that they should use the opportunity to maneuver. Don't know if this helps my team but I let them know anyway.

If it happens again, double check if you are tagged or Narced.

I kinda wish it was a bug but, alas it's called dumbfire.
If I know where you are and you shut down I'm just going continue to dump em on you.
With your AMS and ECM shutdown.

Tiny Locusts and Fleas are easy to miss, especially if the environment is helping them.
