Ok I've got two missions from the Cantina that can't be completed. I've checked ever marked system and the mission can't be found. There needs to be a process where you can abort a mission you can't complete.

You can abort.
Believe on top menu t is rightmost item (Operations) then the menu under that again rightmost one shows your current Cantina Jobs. Pick the one you want to be rid of, there should be some kind of Abort choice available.
