Okay, so anybody know what the deal is with quicklplay games being so brutally different on Sundays?

Yesterday I had yet another Sunday of probably an 85% loss ratio in quick play, with so many brutal 0-12 losses I couldn't keep track. Even if I personally had a good match and got the green arrows - my teams are just getting stomped on. And it's definitely a pattern - a few weeks back I spent a lazy Sunday and played exactly 25 quickplay matches; 23 losses and 2 wins. That stings, and it is definitely NOT how things go during the week.

Now, I'm a pretty average player. so I definitely do lose, but Sundays are freakin awful! A guy gets tired of being the last one or two on his team left standing, and being swarmed by like nine enemies at once....

Is there something going on a guy should know about? Are the quickplay settings tossed out on Sundays, or is this the day where all the organized groups drop together and eat up randoms like me, or something else?

Love the game, but seriously thinking of taking a pass on Sundays right now, unfortunately.

I suspect that different times of day, different servers, different tier classifications, etc. are all going to skew your perceptions (and our responses). I mean, I played last night for my usual 2 hours during NA prime time, and if anything, the matches were more brawly and also fairly even, compared to the regular drubbings by more competitive groups running mostly ranged builds that I've been experiencing of late (tier 2, here I come!). By that standard, "Sundays" have been wonderful, comparatively speaking.

My uneducated guess...

More players show up on weekends which can skew team quality up or down more than during the week?

I played yesterday and had longer winning/losing streaks than during the week but in the end it didn't have much of an impact on my overall win/loss or k/d ratios.

Depending on your overall stats (I did not check them), I would opine that you had a particularly bad losing streak, that's all.

Friday through to Sunday afternoon EST are the times I do not play. I don't play often actually, but if you check my stats you will see w/l hovering around 1. Whenever it dipped below 1 I would stop playing on weekends to nudge it back up. Always, ALWAYS get massive losing streaks, like 10, 12 games in a row; players being overly passive, not paying attention to command wheel callouts, bracket builds etc. Nothing helps in those situations - I actually tried to understand wtf was going on, tried different classes, tried immediately exiting and dropping into a new match to avoid playing with same people etc etc. Nothing worked. The quality of games during those times is simply horrendous. Heck, day time game quality is probably always bad I just only have time on the weekends to notice.

you get weekend warriors who for whatever reason do not have time to play throughout the week or very much at all to invest in the game. they often dont get in the experience of the usual grognards.
