Tried to use Imgur but it says that extension is not allowed, is there anyway?

Actually had same issue Yesterday trying to link pics from Steam, shows OK in preview but when trying to post says extension not allowed.

The website expects an adress with a standard picture suffix like jpg,png or tif.

Well yeah it's weird cause preview works, so this forum thingy understands that url and what it is but we are not allowed to post it.

The way I did it was to right click the image and copy image instead of using any of the links imgur gives you.

I also only open the images and use those adresses instead of the links given.

Use the Direct link from Imgur then in the website post click on the image icon to insert that direct link into.

to be more percise what the OP means:

you have to right click the imgur pic and choose

copy graphic adress

then you can paste this into your post and get no error

(the link has to have a .png at the end of the link)

link also has to be inside of [img ](link) [/img ] tags (no spaces), to show up otherwise it'll be just a link.

Or you can click on the picture icon above the text window.
