I just bought the new Roughneck and Sunspider hero mechs. Where are they? There is no account injection and my profile doesn't even show that I bought them.

Try joining training grounds and then leaving, or play a match. That can trigger the injection.

I went to the testing grounds and came back. Nothing injected. I've also refreshed my profile on the website several times, but there are no changes.

Never mind. I guess purchases can take about ten minutes to be recognized in game. Whatever.

Injections normally happen on the stroke of the hour so you may have to wait 59 mins or 1

This ^^ when the purchases are made on the website. If the purchases (C-Bills or MC) are made in-game in the Store it is immediate.
