Vapor Eagle not in the store or in my mech list.

Definitely owned it at some point in the past - played that mech religiously for awhile.

A. Unless you sold it, it should be somewehere in your hangar.

1. Go to your Mechlab.

2. On the upper tab click "Show all". This should show every single 'Mech that you own (plus Trial 'Mechs).

Your Vapor Eagle should show up.


B. If you really think that your Vapor Eagle has disappeared from your hangar, contact the MWO Support service. Use this e-mail:

accounts@mwomercs.com

And in your mech lab, make sure you have clan mechs or BOTH selected so you can see the Vapor Eagle in your listings, as well as BOTH or OWNED instead of just trial mechs.

Similarly, in the store, make sure in the tiny black top bar of the medium battlemechs listing you don't have just one Division selected, but rather ALL DIVISIONS.

otherwise, you're hiding them from yourself!

Try the search field. I have had trouble finding a number of mechs, only for it to appear right in front of me, hiding in plain sight, when I typed in part of the name.

Issue was corrupted / missing .pak files - apparently the mechs along with their listing in the store are contained within those. Verified integrity of files resolved the issue. Support was most helpful.

From time to time, when i log in, 80% of my purchased mechs are missing till I relog. And it's not the filters.
